COAM 1099 Form

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) is required by federal law to provide a Form 1099–MISC to Class B Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) licensees for its share of COAM revenue recorded in each calendar year. The miscellaneous income recorded on each 2015 Form 1099-MISC (Box 7) is the share of COAM revenue for each licensee operating under the taxpayer identification number identified on the form, as required by Federal Law. COAM Forms 1099–MISC will be mailed out by GLC by the end of January 2016.
