Legacy Board Timeout Issues

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) is aware of the Primero legacy board timeout issues that are being experienced in the field. Intralot USA has received an overwhelming number of customer calls and they are acting as swiftly as possible to resolve the matter with MLHs. In order to handle this issue as efficiently and effectively as possible and to ensure financial amounts are not affected, the following action MUST be taken by Class B Masters License Holders:
